It is of course a result of the debate about trans inclusion sparked in swimming by the participation of Lia Thomas in the Ivy League swimming championships. Olympic trials to be live streamed – but should they be on TV?
GB’s Olympic trials will not be on TV as it stands but they will at least be live streamed from Glasgow . Clearly that’s a step forward from 2015, but some people feel its not enough. Hence there is a petition doing the rounds to try and convince a broadcaster to carry them.
