Mark Foster/ZONE3 Competition Terms

The Mark Foster/Zone3 competition is subject to the following terms and conditions – by entering you agree to abide by these terms.

  1. The Competition is organised by Pullbuoy in conjunction with Zone3
  2. Pullbuoy reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition, or these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on pullbuoy
  3. The decision of the organisers is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over except employees of Zone3 and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  5. The organiser is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  6. Entries must be made using the entry form and must be received by midnight on Monday 17th June 2019.
  7. Prize winners will be chosen at random from all correct entries received
  8. Only one entry per person will be considered. Multiple entries will be disqualified
  9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  10. Prize winners will be notified by email by 18th June 2019
  11. No purchase is necessary to enter
  12. In order to enter you need to provide a valid email address. This will be used solely in relation to his competition and will not be shared with anyone except as necessary to allow delivery of the prize. See also our privacy policy
  13. The prize is one place on a masterclass with Mark Foster to be held from 11-2 on Saturday 13th July 2013 at the Oasis pool in Covent Garden, London. No alternative date, location or prize can or will be offered
  14. Competition winners will be responsible for covering their own travel costs and arrangements to get to and from the venue.
  15. Masterclass participants must be 16 or over and under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  16. The winner’s name may appear on in relation to coverage of the masterclass. This may also include photographs of the winner where agreed.
