This licence agreement ("AGREEMENT") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and S. P Buckley ("OWNER") for files provided for download from www.pullbuoy.co.uk, be they audio clips or transcipts or any other file type provided for download (collectively "PRODUCT").

1. Grant of License: The OWNER grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, copyright license subject to the terms of this AGREEMENT. You may copy the PRODUCT associated with this AGREEMENT onto a single computer for your personal non-commercial use. You may distribute the PRODUCT as much as you want, as long as you identify www.pullbuoy.co.uk as teh source of the PRODUCT. You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify the PRODUCT.
   
   You may not modify, edit or use the PRODUCT or combine it with any other text, graphic, sound or other work or associate the PRODUCT with any materials which may be deemed defamatory, libellous, pornographic or obscene or in any unlawful work or in any unlawful manner.
   
   
2. Limitation of Liability: The PRODUCT is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty of any kind including warranties of merchantability, noninfringement of third-party intellectual property, or fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shall the OWNER, or his suppliers, be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or breech of local or national law pertaining to copyright) arising out of the use of or inability to use the the PRODUCT, even if the OWNER has been advised of the possibility of such damages. We provide no warranty that the PRODUCT or method by which it is provided shall be free from defects, bugs, viruses or otherwise.
   
   Such warranty shall be in lieu of all other warranties and conditions whether express or implied by statute or otherwise, including, without limitation, all those in relation to quality and/or fitness for purpose of the PRODUCT, all of which are hereby excluded.
   
   
3. Termination of this License: The OWNER may terminate this AGREEMENT at any time if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT, or at any time for any reason whatsoever. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the PRODUCT.
   
   
4. Applicable Laws: Any claim arising under or relating to this AGREEMENT shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of laws or principles of other countries. You may not export the PRODUCT in violation of applicable export laws and regulations.
   
   
5. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the OWNER and all other parties involved in the distribution, support, programming and marketing of the PRODUCT, from and against any and all damages, losses, costs including legal fees and expenses resulting from any violation of this AGREEMENT.
   
   
6. Amendments: The OWNER may amend these terms and conditions or any other notices contained herein at any time by updating the posting on the website at www.pullbuoy.co.uk. Accordingly, you should visit the website from time to time to review the then-current and effective terms and conditions because they are binding on you.
   
   
7. Entire Agreement: This AGREEMENT constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements. By continuing with the downlaod of these files, you are bound by this AGREEMENT.
