1. The Competition is organised by Pullbuoy in conjunction with Sport Journals Ltd
2. Pullbuoy reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition, or these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on pullbuoy .co.uk
3. The decision of the organisers is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over except employees of Sport Journals and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
5. The organiser is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
6. Entries must be made on either Twitter or Instagram and received by midnight on 30th July 2020
7. Prize winners will be chosen at random from all entries received.
8. Only one entry per person will be considered. Multiple entries, other than those allowed by the competition rules (e.g. across platforms or by tagging others), will be disqualified.
9. Winners can only win on either Twitter or Instagram and not both but yo are free to enter on both platforms.
10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
11. Prize winners will be notified by Direct Message shortly after the closing date
12. No purchase is necessary to enter
13. In order to enter you need to provide your social media handles. These will be sued in conjunction with this competition only. See also our privacy policy
14. The prize is a copy of a My Swim Journal – the winners can select the adult or junior versions. There is one journal to be won on Twitter and one to be won on Instagram. No alternative prize can or will be offered
