Swimming Natation Canada have at last finalised the team they will be sending to Manchester, following appeals and counter appeals by swimmers not originally selected. In the end, the team has reverted to that picked after the Canadian trials

English Team for Commonwealth Games
The England Aquatics team of 57 members has been formally announced by the Commonwealth Games Council for England. This compares to an England Aquatics squad of 52 at the last Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur in 1998 where EAD athletes were not incorporated.
