The expected patter in the breastroke semi's, with Kirstly Balfour once again leading the way. The title is likely to come down to Jaime King and Heidi Earp though, as both ladies aim for the British Record in the final; it will need to go for automatic qualificaition.
Fireworks in teh men's 50 breat semi's - James gibosn set a new British Commonwealth and Eurpoean record to qualify fastest. Darren Mew was also inside the old British and Commonwealth record in a close second place. Gibson expects more in the final.
